Rosseti Lenenergo Won the 23rd Annual Report Contest’s Nomination for the Best Corporate Website Design and Navigation

On November 16, 2020, an awards ceremony was held for the winners of the 23rd Contest of Annual Reports held by the Moscow Exchange and RCB Media Group. The ceremony was held online for the first time since the event’s inception.

Rosseti Lenenergo won the award for the Best Corporate Website Design and Navigation. Besides, the Company’s annual report was short-listed for the contest’s main prize as a best corporate annual report for companies with RUB 40bln to RUB 200bln capitalization.

“This debut award in a category, which is new to our company, is the proof of how hard our team work to implement the best web-disclosure practices. It was also very important that our annual report was short-listed as the year’s best report alongside with the largest Russian issuers,” Daniil Krainsky, member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO, Legal and Corporate Governance, at Rosseti Lenenergo said after the contest.

The Annual Report Contest was first held in 1997. It is one of the year’s key highlights in corporate governance and investor relations and serves as a forum setting standards for companies in terms of shareholder reporting about companies’ business and development strategies that helps keep track of the current annual corporate report trends and best practices for such aspects as content, structure, and design.

Rosseti Lenenergo has more than once been a nominee and winner of the contest, demonstrating a consistently high level of disclosure and a responsible approach to reporting.
