Contribution to the Achievement of the UN SDGs

On September 25, 2015, the UN Member States adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which included 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) and 169 associated targets. In line with the core principles of the Agenda, Member States set their own national targets and indicators based on global aspirations but taking into account national circumstances. The Agenda contains a set of goals to conserve the planet’s resources and ensure the well-being of all. Rosseti Lenenergo priority areas for sustainable development are in line with the UN SDGs, so the Company is mindful of its contribution to achieving global economic, environmental and social goals.
