The Committee is urged to play a main part in the definition of strategic goals of the Company, development of priority directions of its activity, assessment of the Company's activity in the long run, and development of recommendations to the Company Board of Directors on adjustments of the existing development strategy of the Company. The main task of the Committee is working out and providing recommendations (opinions) to the Board of Directors and the Company's executive body on the following range of issues:

  • definition of strategic objectives of the Company;
  • development of priority areas of the Company activities;
  • assessment of the Company’s performance in the long run;
  • development, implementation and adjustment of the Company’s investment program;
  • definition and enhancement of the Company’s policy concerning its business planning;
  • definition and enhancement of the Company’s policy concerning finance and budgeting of the Company;
  • development, implementation and adjustment of the Company’s financial and economic plan (business plan, budget), definition of credit and dividend policies of the Company;
  • Control over the implementation of the approved business plan, budget, and investment program of the Company.
