Personnel policy

Established staff’s number of the company is more than 5000 people. Its’ significant decrease has occurred as a result of measures to optimize staff’s number of «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC by releasing administrative, maintenance and other personnel which was associated with the non-core type of work. These specialists are translated into generated independent companies. Equipment repairs and other maintenance work is to be conducted by these companies on a contractual basis.

The purpose of staff policy

A premise for the realization of strategic goals of the company is permanent fortification of its leading position in Russia's unified energy system of the North-West region, which is impossible without ensuring the high quality human resources as an essential element of an organization, of conscious personnel policy.

The purpose of personnel policy «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC is a reasonable combination of the processes of renovation and preservation, and maintenance of optimal size and quality of staff «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC in his professional and social development, capable of the highest professional level to ensure the solution of problems in production, transmission and distribution, the smooth energy supply industry and domestic consumers of the North-West region. Personnel policy is implemented through human resource management as a system of intra-firm relations and system of working with external sources of personnel. The development strategy of personnel management is an integral part of an overall strategy of «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC. It strengthens competitive advantage in the evolving energy markets, improves operational efficiency, achieves its financial and economic stability, stable profitability and dynamic development.
